Building Codes Assistance Project

Mississippi Senate Bill 2555 was introduced January 31, 2008 and died in committee February 19, 2008. SB 2555 would have required each major facility construction project be designed constructed and certified to exceed the requirements of the State Energy Code by at least 30% under certain circumstances.
