Comment Deadline RE: 2009 IECC/90.1-2007 to New Jersey DCA -- November 7
The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs has issued a request for public comments on its proposed adoption of the 2009 International Code series, including the 2009 IECC and ASHRAE 90.1-2007. Interested persons may submit comments or information concerning any of the rule proposals in the New Jersey Register until the date indicated in the proposal. Submissions and any inquires about submission should be addressed to the agency officer specified for a particular proposal.
At the close of the period for comments, the proposing agency may thereafter adopt a proposal, with or without changes. The adoption becomes effective upon publication in the Register of a notice adoption, unless otherwise indicated in the adoption notice.
