New Minnesota Residential and Commercial Codes Become Effective

Effective June 1, the 2007 Minnesota State Building Code is mandatory for all new residential and commercial buildings and additions.
The residential energy code (Chapter 1322) is based off of Chapter 11 of the 2006 IRC and includes methods for radon control. You may view the code here.
The commercial energy code (Chapter 1323) is based off of ASHRAE 90.1-2004. You may view the code here.
