The BCAP website has updated the energy consumption information for the 50 states and the District of Columbia with the most recent data from 2005 from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The comprehensive table and every state page reflects these changes.

The next update from the U.S. EIA, including new energy consumption estimates for 2006, is scheduled for November 14, 2008.
